It may seem an obvious thing to do but we ask our Client what they want to receive - as clear output – from their Insurance programme at least 6 to 9 months prior to the insurance renewal.
We then look to deliver what the client wants.
Simple.
So why doesn’t this always happen as easily as we would wish?
Experience informs Clients and Insurance Brokers it’s not always a straightforward process as issues such as claims experience, risk management practices, evidence of compliance with Health and Safety legislation, insurance market conditions, all play their part in creating obstacles and challenges in achieving high levels of protection and reduced insurance premiums.

Our experience is that Insurance Brokers have to want to deliver Client solutions as a natural part of their professional approach – not simply touting for a price based on wage estimates/ sums insured etc.
Undertaking competitive, hard negotiation of insurance premiums is very much part of an Insurance Broker’s role and responsibility.
